This is the platform that powers branded event queue management systems for embroidery studios running live events. Each studio operates on their own domain with their own branding, sender email, and staff accounts — all isolated within a shared, hardened deploy.

I'm a customer trying to check on my order

Your studio gave you an event-specific link. It looks like one of these:

events.<studio-name>.com/<event-name>/
events.<studio-name>.com/<event-name>/status

If you've lost the link, check the confirmation email the studio sent — there's a "Check My Order Status" button in it.

I'm a studio operator

Sign in to your studio's admin at:

events.<your-studio>.com/admin

Use the email address your studio admin invited you with. If you don't have one, ask your studio's admin to add you under Users → + Add User.

I want to onboard my studio
